Information  in conformity with “ Decreto Legislativo june 30th 2003, n.196”
The “decreto legislativo” June 30th 2003, n.196, which contains the “Codex which disciplines the personal data – minimum security measures” (here follows the law too) aims to guarantee that your personal data treatment is going to happen respecting rights and fundamental liberties and personal dignity, particularly regarding discretion, personal identity and personal data protection right.

Therefore we inform you that the personal data you provide us, or that we acquire during the execution of the business relation, are going to be treated according to procedures which will safeguard your discretion. The treatment consists in gathering, registering, organization, conservation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, utilization, distribution, and interconnection.
Furthermore we inform you that, according to what law 196/03 art. 7 provides, regarding personal data treatment, every person who is involved has the right to:

1. Obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data which concern His person, even if they have not been registered yet, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The person who is involved has the right to obtain the indication of:
a) Personal data origins;
b) Treatment aims and procedures;
c) Logic used in case of electronic data treatment;
d) The main points which identify the titular, the responsible and the
representative designated according to article 5, comma 2;
e) Subjects and subject categories to which the personal data can be communicated or that can get to know them in capacity as designated representative in the country territory, as responsible or designate.  
3. The person involved has the right to obtain:
a) Data update ratification or when he is interested in it, data integration;
b) data cancellation transformation in anonymous form or data blocking, when they have been treated violating law, even those data of which conservation is not necessary in relation to the aims for which they have been gathered and successively treated.
c) the attestation that the operations contained in letter a) and b) have been brought to notice, even regarding to their content, to those who those data have been communicated or made known; in case this accomplishment is
impossible or involves disproportionate means compared to the protected right, it is an exception to the discipline said before.
4. The person involved has the right to oppose, in everything or partly:
a) For legitimate reasons linked to personal data treatment which concern His person, even if they pertain the gathering aim;
b) To the personal data treatment which concern him, with promotional aims (forwarding of advertising material), or with direct selling aims, for market researches or commercial communication.
When the existence of personal data which regard the person involved cannot be confirmed, regarding each request it can be requested to the person involved a financial contribution which cannot be superior to the effective costs undertaken. Especially regarding the research effectuated in the case in point.
